Love or hate her Rachel Bilson has style and it can't be denied! She hasn't done much recently but when we opened the November issue of Flaunt we almost toppled off our chairs, not because she looks different but because we are used to seeing her dress, well, so girl-next-door. The Flaunt stylist have done them selves proud.

TPLRG'S Charity case
Erdem and Mark Fast, Pixie Geldof, Jaquetta Wheeler & Jade Parfitt
Last Wednesday night our fave designer store 'Browns' teamed up with the High comissioner of Canada and his wife Donna Thompson to host a charity fashion show in aid of 'women for women'*. The event saw the likes of cool kids Jaquetta Wheeler, Stella Tennant, Daisy Lowe, Pixie Geldof and the supernaturally tall Jade Parfitt sporting and auctioning wares donated by top designers such as Giambatista Valli, Roland Mouret, Temperley, Erdem and Mark Fast. As the star studded guests mingled, munched delicious canapes and sipped on champagne at the Women for women residence in Grosvenor square, i bumbled away back stage, leavering shoes onto the girls and wedging Pixi into a House of Holland black lace number. Whilst i would LOVE to report on a true life little rich girl tantrum, everyone was surprisingly well behaved, looked great and really embraced the charitable theme of the night.

Style Factor

After weeks of dodgy outfits, including the haloween style suicide that was the David Koma dress, Cheryl Cole has done it again and caused huge fashion controversy. Last night England's sweetheat appeared on the X Factor wearing a pink tutu style dress custom made by our very own Giles Deacon. Whilst for the fashionistas out there, by simply wearing a piece by Giles, the king of geek chic, Cheryl has earned herself a gold star on the style list. For joe public however, she has created yet another fashion faux pas. According to some of the twitterati she looked like 'mini mouse' in 'the ugliest dress i've ever seen'.
For us at TPLRG, the 5 year old bow hair do was the tragedy of the night. We love GILES and think his hot pink number was PERFECT for the camped up George Michael night.
